Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Trade Guardian AI, we strive to provide the best AI-powered trading tools and transparent service. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before subscribing to any of our plans.

1. No Refund Policy

Since our products (Market Scanner, Risk Calculator, Trade Journal, Live Charts) are digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, we do not offer refunds once a subscription is purchased and activated.

  • The moment you complete payment, you receive instant access to all premium features included in your plan.
  • Once digital services are delivered and accessible, they cannot be "returned" like physical products.
  • We recommend trying our Free Starter Plan or Trial Period (if available) before upgrading to paid plans.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard under "Plans & Billing":

  • Immediate Effect: Your cancellation request is processed instantly.
  • Access Until End of Cycle: You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period (monthly or yearly).
  • No Auto-Renewal: Once canceled, your subscription will not renew automatically, and no further charges will be made.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused days in the billing cycle.

3. Free Trial & Evaluation

We strongly encourage all new users to:

  • Start with our Free Starter Plan to evaluate the platform's capabilities.
  • Use trial periods (if offered) to test premium features risk-free.
  • Review feature comparisons and documentation before purchasing.

This allows you to make an informed decision before committing to a paid subscription.

4. Billing Issues & Exceptions

If you experience any of the following billing issues, please contact us immediately:

  • Double Charging: If you were charged twice for the same subscription.
  • Unauthorized Charges: If you notice charges you did not authorize.
  • Technical Errors: If payment was deducted but features were not activated.

In such exceptional cases, we will investigate and may issue a refund at our discretion after verification.
